This farm is very complete, it has everything you need to fully exploit its livestock use. Located 10 km from the main street, the access to the property can be by car during the summer but in winter after reaching a certain area, the rest must be travelled by horse.

It borders San Bartolo River and has 5 water holes which create 5 streams that cross the farm. The plots are designed with access to the creeks, the topography of the property is undulating with an inclination of 30 to 45 degrees.

There is no electricity service on the farm but there is a house for caretakers.

95% of the property has improved pastures of various types such as Decumbens, Brizantha, Toledo and Faragua.

As for the animal facilities, the horses have 15 divisions. There is commercial breeding cattle, 2 pens with cattle chutes and in winter the cattle shutes are rented.
