Warehouses are rented in El Cabrero for commercial or industrial use in El Cabrero, David, Chiriquí. It is an excellent and central location due to its proximity to the Inter-American Highway, the one where most trucks pass to transport merchandise nationally and internationally.

Both warehouses include a 322.92 ft2 office, a reflective roof with skylights that provide natural light inside, a concrete floor and an entrance for mules.

There are two warehouse options, the first one measures 3,918.06 ft2 and the second option measures 4,402.44 ft2 with an industrial oven used in the sheet metal work of cars for drying paints.
